We guarantee that the delivered products are in perfect condition.

In any case if you have any issues like wrong measuremnts, production defects or you

receive different product, contact us and after checking your order carefully, we will offer you a solution.

You can request assistance within 10 days from receipt of your products.

You can ask for assistance only if the products are not used or washed.

We will send a courier to collect the products from the address you select.

Then after receiving your package, we will try to fix the issue or if is not possible - we will produce new one within 20 days

and againd deliver for free.

Our main goal is to provide best  customer satisfaction. Please not that refunds will not be issued.
